Baseline and Doubling Plans
Each country—according to its own priorities, policies, processes, and laws—independently determines the best use of its R&D funding and define its own R&D priorities and path to reach the doubling goal. Altogether, more than USD $35 billion additional clean energy R&D is committed by Mission Innovation members over the five years.
